Healthy Food in Fresh, Tasty, and Nutritious Microgreens

We have been growing microgreens for many years and are excited to bring this wonderful food to the Olympic Peninsula! Microgreens are very young greens, harvested at two weeks old, when the first true leaf starts to appear. At this stage of growth, plants are still benefiting from the seeds’ energy and are very nutrient-dense. They are rich in proteins, minerals, anti-oxidants and vitamins, making them a well-balanced form of a complete plant protein.

We grow sunflowers, peas, broccoli, kale, arugula to name a few and will gladly mix and match for you at the market booth every Saturday.

Come and taste some of these microgreens –you will be surprised how tasty they are!– and get ideas for ways to eat them by picking up a brochure.
